Ximena Flores

Ximena has two and a half years of customer service, project management, and providing solutions in operations services. She joined Silver Fin Capital in 2022.

Ximena’s core competencies include project design, team management, budget planning and tracking, forecasting, and assure compliance.

​

Prior joining Silver Fin Capital, she spent some years as a project manager and process optimizer at Volkswagen of Mexico.

​

When she is not working, Ximena likes to spend time with her family and friends, baking some desserts and traveling.
