David Schindel

With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, David’s expertise includes originating both residential and commercial mortgages. He joined Silver Fin Capital in 2008, specializing in hard to do properties or loans that few others can obtain financing for.  He likes to say, “if I can’t get the loan funded, nobody can”.  David is available for his clients regardless of time of day and he appreciates Silver Fin Capital’s investment in systems and technology that help him to provide his clients with that superior service.
